How to Use
- Moisten some cotton wool with Oil Free Eye Make-up Remover.
- Place the damp cotton wool on the eye are for several seconds to soften the eye make-up.
- Wipe the cotton wool gently over the eyes to remove the make-up.
- May also be used as a soothing eye compress when applied to cotton wool and placed on the eye area for a few minutes.
